Shi is supported by “Si Shi Zhi Xing” ofSouthwestJiaotongUniversityin 2014. Her research interest is high temperature superconductors especially in the second generation high temperature superconducting tapes (wires). There are 35 academic papers published at global journals, of which 15 papers are published by the first author or corresponding author (13 papers indexed by SCI or EI); 2 patents are authorized by State intellectual property office. In recent years, Dr. Wang is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China for young scholar, the financial support of the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities and the doctor innovation foundation ofSouthwestJiaotongUniversity. She also participates in some other programs including the National Basic Research Program of China (973)，Hi-Tech Research and Development Program of China (863)，China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scholars and National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc.
