He received his Bachelor and Master degree inSchoolofMaterials Scienceand Engineering of Yanshan University,Qinhuangdao,Chinain 2002 and 2005, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D degree in the Department of Polymer atZhejiangUniversityin 2008. He joined in theSuperconductivity andNewEnergyR&DCenter, Southwest Jiaotong University of China in 2008. He was promoted to an Associate Professor in Aug 2011. His research interest is in the area of micro/nano technology and surface photovoltage engineering. In addition to experimental study, he also conducts theoretical calculation and computer simulation in order to understand fundamentals of nanomaterials and surface science. Heretofore he has authored and co-authored more than 20 academic papers. Some of these papers are highly cited. The total citation of his papers is more than 300 in SCI database. His h-index is 8.
