He is the director of laboratories of Superconductivity and new energy center. He mainly engaged in the research and development of thin film solar cell concerning new materials, new technology and new structure. So far, He has published more than 20 papers in "Applied Surface Science", "Materials Letters" and other international academic journals and conference papers, including 10 SCI indexed articles. He has been authorized 3 national invention patents. He is supported by one National Science Foundation of China for Young Researchers, twoCentralUniversitybasic research fees and takes part in several other projects including the research project of 863 plan, the 973 project, Major International Cooperation Projects and Natural Science Fund.
