Dr. Zhang Xin, Assistant Researcher.
He has engaged in preparation and application of superconductor and 3rd generation solar cells since 2007, and in computational approach for materials science since 2014. He developed a series of buffer layer materials and their preparation technology with independent intellectual property rights and a series of technologies with independent intellectual property rights including preparation technology of buffer layer by polymer-assisted chemical solution deposition method and preparation technology of REBCO superconducting layer by polymer-assisted non-fluorine chemical solution deposition method. He participates in projectes supported by national projects including National High-Tech Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), National 973 Plan project, National Outstanding Youth Fund and theNational Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published 8 journal papers as the first author, three of which are indexed by SCI, 4 by EI and 1 by Chinese core journals. He also applied for 16 Chinese Invention patents as the first inventor, 8 patents authorized.
